Providing an open environment for the collaborative discussion of writing

The Writing Center’s mission is to be an inclusive campus resource by providing one-on-one guidance to students at any step in the writing process.

What do we do?

The Writing Center is staffed by undergraduate students, professional tutors, and professors trained to provide feedback on a wide range of writing genres. We offer in-person and online appointments, and walk-ins based on availability. Our services are for all members of the USCA community, free of charge. We offer assistance in the following areas:

Where are we located?

The Writing Center is located on the first floor of the Humanities and Social Sciences Building in room 112. To book an appointment, please make an account using WC Online.

Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Online Only)
Monday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
