Software
Technology Services supports various operating systems and applications on Windows and Macintosh platforms. The university participates in the Microsoft Campus Agreement, which provides current versions of the Microsoft Office applications and operating systems and server access licenses. The university also participates in Apple's Technology Assurance Program to ensure that Macintosh computers can run the latest versions of operating systems.
Technology Services maintains a software inventory and library of software licensing and media. Technology Services retains the original copies of all software purchased through us and provides the end user with a copy. Many software packages are available via state contract or site license.

Hardware
Technology Services supports over 1,500 computers. Approximately 75% of the computers are Windows, and 25% are Macintosh. Windows support is provided for Windows 7 and 10. Macintosh support is provided for OS X 10.9+. Technology Services maintains the hardware, operating system, core software, and peripheral items such as printers.
Each year, our goal is to replace at least 25% of the total computers to maintain high performance and reliability. Most computer replacement is done in the summer between spring and fall semesters. Technology Services uses imaging and management tools to load, distribute, and support the computers efficiently.
