Help Desk

If you experience a major system or network outage after hours, please use the contact information below to report the issue. It is preferred that you send a text message to report issues, however, if you cannot do so, you may also leave a voicemail.

Please remember that this should only be done for major system or network outages. For example, if email is unavailable, no one in your office can log in to their computers, the website is unavailable, etc. Do not use this to report issues affecting only a single user. For single-user issues or issues occurring during business hours, please report the issue to the Help Desk, and we'll respond as soon as we return to the office.

To report a possible outage during normal business hours, you can:

Call the Help Desk at 4357 (from campus phones) or 803-641-3391 (from non-campus phones)

Notify us in person at the Help Desk in B&E Suite 238

To report a possible outage after-hours, you can:
