Career Panels

Office of Career Services

A career panel typically includes several speakers, allowing students to gain basic information about a specific career path from several different perspectives.

Armed with practical advice about their field and tips on getting ahead in the "real world," career representatives come to give our students an authentic look at the daily activities and responsibilities of various professions through classroom discussions.

We organize panels year-round, based on the requests of faculty and staff.

How Career Panels Benefit Students

Career Panels help students:

  • clarify career interests
  • make informed occupational decisions
  • learn current information and trends in today's job market
  • network with a number of professionals
